Sarah Hayley Orrantia
Sarah Hayley Orrantia, born on the 21st of February, 1994, is an American singer, actress and song writer. She is most famous for her role as Erica Goldberg, a comedian on ABC's The Goldbergs. She was a part of Lakoda Rayne during The X Factor's first season. The singer released her debut track "Love Sick" in 2015. In May of 2019, her debut EP, The Way Out was released. Orrantia began singing when she was nine and began professional training at twelve. At the age of 13 she composed her first single. By the age of 15, she made her debut EP of cover songs and was writing with writer Jamie Houston who at the time was most famous for writing hits for three Disney High School Musical movies. Orrantia was selected to be an audition for The X Factor's first season in the summer of 2011. Orrantia was chosen from an YouTube submission and received four votes of approbation from judges on the live auditions in Seattle. She initially auditioned as a soloist however, during Hollywood Week she and three other female singers were put in a group for the auditions. They were eliminated during the fifth week of the live performances.
