Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Psaki is the youngest of three children, was born in Stamford in Connecticut to Eileen (nee Dolan), Medvey[8 and Dimitrios (Greek) R. Psaki. Dimitrios, a retired real-estate developer was the grandpa of Eileen, who had emigrated from Greece back in 1904. His mother was of Irish descent. She was wed to her parents in 1976. Psaki is also Polish-American. In 1996 she graduated from Greenwich High School. In 2000, she completed her studies at the College of William & Mary. She earned an undergraduate degree in English and sociology. She is an active participant in Chi Omega. Psaki spent two years as an elite backstroke swimmer at William & Mary Tribe. Psaki began her professional career in 2001, as a re-election candidate for the U.S. Senate of Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin and Tom Vilsack. Psaki then became the deputy press secretary of John Kerry's presidential campaign in 2004. Psaki worked from 2005 to 2006 as communications director to Joseph Crowley, U.S. representative, as well as as the regional press secretary to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. MSNBC announced Psaki's new role as an analyst for 2022's United States elections, and during the 2024 presidential election. In 2023, she will host a show on MSNBC's Peacock streaming channel.
